- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of frozen vegetables (peas and carrots work great)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
