- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray or butter.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well blended.
- In a separate mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla and mashed bananas until well combined.

- Remove the banana bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
