- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and beef mixture.
- Spoon any remaining beef mixture over the top of the enchiladas and sprinkle with the remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
