You’ll need a can of salmon (of course), 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley, 2 teaspoons of chopped fresh chives, 2 teaspoons of chopped fresh dill, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 egg, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Now, let’s get started! Preheat your oven to 375°F. Drain the can of salmon and remove any skin and bones. Flake the salmon with a fork and put it in a mixing bowl. For the lingonberry sauce, you’ll need 1/2 cup of lingonberry preserves, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Combine the Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spread the mixture over each salmon fillet. Bake the salmon for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it’s cooked to your liking.
