- 1-1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers (about 45 wafers)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1-1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar, divided
- 3 cups cold 2% milk
- 1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 carton (16 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/4 cup chopped salted peanuts
First, preheat your oven to 325° and grease a 13×9 inch baking dish. In a bowl, mix together the crushed vanilla wafers, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Let it cool completely.
Next, in a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, and 1 cup of confectioners’ sugar together until smooth. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust.

In another mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, remaining 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1 egg together until fully combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread out into an even layer. Next, pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie batter and spread out into an even layer. Lastly, pour the remaining brownie batter on top and spread out into an even layer.
