Stuffed Chicken Breast and Roasted Broccoli

Mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic in a bowl. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff the mixture inside. Drizzle some olive oil on top of the chicken and place it in a baking dish. Add the broccoli to the same dish, drizzle with some more olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for about 25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender. Serve hot and enjoy!

The second recipe I want to share with you is Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast. This one is also incredibly easy to make, and the cheesy filling adds a nice touch to the chicken.

Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff it with the broccoli florets and shredded cheddar cheese. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drizzle some olive oil on top of the chicken and place it in a baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy! This dish is perfect for a cozy night in or for impressing guests at a dinner party.
