This right here is some Easy Chinese Beef with Broccoli that’s gonna have you thinkin’ you’re at a fancy Chinese restaurant. And the best part? It’s real easy to whip up at home!
To get started, ya’ll gonna need some beef tenderloin, soy sauce, corn starch, and some broccoli florets. But we ain’t stoppin’ there, we’re gonna add in some bell peppers too for extra flavor and color.
First thing you gotta do is slice up that beef real thin, and marinate it in a mix of soy sauce and corn starch for at least 30 minutes. This is gonna tenderize the meat and infuse it with flavor.
While that’s goin’ on, you’ll wanna steam them broccoli florets for a few minutes until they’re nice and tender. Trust me, don’t overdo it or it’s gonna turn all mushy and nobody wants that.
Now it’s time to cook up that beef! Heat up some oil in a hot wok or skillet, and add in the marinated beef. Stir-fry it up for a minute or two until it’s browned on all sides, then add in them bell peppers and stir-fry for a minute more. Finally, add in them steamed broccoli florets and give it all a good toss.

Chinese Beef with Broccoli Recipe

- 1 lb. beef tenderloin, sliced thin
