  • 4 skin-on salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
